What it means
An inherits target cannot be resolved: no such entity, a qualifier that is not a dependency of the hop's Realm, a dependency that failed to resolve, or a short EUID that only exists in a dependency.
How to fix it
Correct the target, qualify it with a Realm that is a dependency of this one, and fix any dependency that failed to resolve.
