What it means
A github:// dependency cannot be fetched (bad reference, no fetcher or cache dir, download error).
How to fix it
Check the reference against github://<owner>/<repo>@<ref>[/<path>] and your network connection. For a private repository, set GITHUB_TOKEN and list its owner in STRSPC_TOKEN_OWNERS.
