What it means
An entry of realm.standards has a bad id, an unknown relation or a url that is not http or https, or repeats an id (STDREF-002 to STDREF-004, STDREF-008).
How to fix it
Use a dot-separated lowercase id, a relation of implements or derived_from, and an absolute http or https url.
