Severity: Error
Module: rule-lint
What it means: rule_set.hash is malformed, cannot be computed, or differs from the Blake3 hash of the file.
How to fix it: Run strspc entity rehash <EUID>. Make later changes through strspc rule and strspc note, which keep the hash valid.
