Severity: Error
Module: rule-diff
What it means: rule_set.hash cannot be computed or differs from the Blake3 hash of the head file.
How to fix it: Run strspc entity rehash <EUID>. Make later changes through strspc rule and strspc note, which keep the hash valid.
