steerspec.dev sets no cookies and shows no consent banner.

## Audience statistics (Plausible)
Aggregate traffic is measured with Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Tartu, Estonia; data processed and stored in the EU, on servers in Germany). No cookies, no persistent identifier. The IP address and user agent are hashed together with a daily-rotating salt; neither raw value is retained. The script only reads a self-set `plausible_ignore` localStorage key (opt-out) and never writes to the device. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

## Hosting (GitHub Pages)
The site is served by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States), which processes request data such as IP address and user agent in its server logs. See https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-general-privacy-statement

## Third parties
Fonts and assets are self-hosted. Apart from Plausible, pages make no third-party requests.

## Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR: write to privacy@steerspec.dev. Audience statistics hold no data that identifies you; the only personal data we hold is what you send when you write (email address and message), used solely to answer you and kept only as long as needed. Complaints: Swiss FDPIC (https://www.edoeb.admin.ch) or your local supervisory authority.
