# SteerSpec

> Specs-driven AI configuration synchronization for GitHub organizations. AI config files (CLAUDE.md, .claude/agents/, skills, settings) are treated as versioned, schema-validated code: defined once in a central manifest, propagated to every repo by pull request, and monitored for drift.

SteerSpec solves the scale problem. One person with one CLAUDE.md is easy; keeping hundreds of repos, teams and agents consistent is hard. Adoption path: one GitHub Action (strspc-sync) -> central manifest -> rules as versioned specs -> org-wide realm.
