One source of truth for AI configuration, from one repo to the whole organization. Specs-driven AI configuration synchronization for GitHub organizations.

Solo, one CLAUDE.md edited by hand works. At scale (many teams, repos and agents) copies drift, fixes never propagate and nobody can say which rules an agent was given. SteerSpec makes rules versioned, schema-validated data, delivers them to every repo by reviewable pull request, and detects drift.
